Membership is available to anyone in the greater Kitsap community who wishes to join the Parkwood Community Club. Membership includes the pool and reduced fees for renting the community hall.

Wait List Guidelines: We maintain a long wait list and can only add new members after current members leave the club. As a result, we cannot predict when you will receive a call to join the club, but expect it could take a year or more once you are added to the wait list. Some months we are not able to add any new members, and other months we have been able to add as many as five, ten, or more new members. If you do not respond to our new member call/voicemail, or miss your assigned new member introduction appointment, you will need to contact us to be re-added to the end of wait list.

When attending your new member informational meeting, you must pay the new member Initial Joining Costs in full with a check or cash.

Monthly Dues and Annual Assessment (effective January 21^st, 2024):

  • Single: $35.00
  • Couple: $45.00
  • Household: $65.00
• Annual Assessment: $100.00
• Guest Fee: $5.00 (per guest)

Dues can be paid monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Members need to keep track of payment status as no invoices are sent for monthly dues. We recommend setting up automatic bill pay with your bank. More information or email: membership@pccportorchard.org

Members that paid the 2023 $500 emergency assessment, or were sponsored, will have their monthly dues frozen at 2023 levels for 3 years (through December 2027) and can skip their 2024 annual assessment. Annual assessments will resume in 2025. Frozen 2023 monthly dues were Single: $30.00, Couple: $35.00 and Household: $50.00.

Member dues are due by the last Thursday before the next month. Dues are not carried in arrears. Late payments will result in you being locked out until the payment is recorded by the Accounts Receivable Secretary. A lockout may result in being sent back to the waitlist. If you are at the pool, you can drop a payment in the gray box to the left of the sign in desk, otherwise payments can be mailed to:

Board meetings are located in the club's lounge off the hall and are typically held the 1^st Thursday of each month at 6:30pm. No board meeting is planned during July.
